Welcome to PatternFold. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for accessing and using the PatternFold website, digital products, and related services.

By accessing our website, creating an account, starting a free preview, purchasing a paid report, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. What PatternFold Provides

PatternFold provides personalized digital self-discovery reports based on the information you submit, including personality test results and birth-chart related inputs where applicable.

Our services may include free previews, paid digital reports, sample reports, account access, email-based report access, and related website features.

Our reports are intended for self-reflection, personal insight, and entertainment. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial, psychological, therapeutic, or other regulated advice.

2. One-Time Purchases Only

PatternFold currently offers one-time purchases only.

• We do not offer subscriptions.
• We do not automatically renew your order.
• We do not charge you again after your purchase.
• There is no subscription to cancel.

If we introduce subscriptions, memberships, or recurring billing in the future, those features will be presented separately with their own pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms.

3. Account and Email Access

Certain features may require you to provide an email address, verify your email, or access your report through a secure link or account session.

You agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for your purchase or report access.

If you believe your account, email access, or report link has been used without authorization, please contact us immediately.

4. User Inputs and Accuracy

Our reports are generated based on the information you submit. This may include your personality test answers, birth date, birth time, birth location, email address, language preference, or other relevant information.

You are responsible for reviewing your information carefully before submitting it or completing a purchase. Incorrect inputs may affect the content of your report.

We are generally not responsible for report issues caused by incorrect information submitted by you. At our discretion, we may offer a one-time correction or regeneration if the request is reasonable and technically possible.

5. Digital Report Generation and Access

Paid reports may be generated, unlocked, delivered, or made accessible shortly after payment or after the required inputs are completed.

You understand that a personalized digital report may begin processing immediately after purchase. Once report generation, unlocking, delivery, or access begins, your purchase may become non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may send report access links, confirmations, or related messages to the email address you provide.

6. Payments, Taxes, and Refunds

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process your payment.

Prices, currencies, taxes, and payment availability may vary by region or payment provider. Any applicable taxes or fees may be calculated and collected during checkout.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, because our reports are digital and personalized, purchases are generally final once the paid report has been generated, unlocked, delivered, or accessed, except where a refund is required by law or permitted under our Refund Policy.

7. No Professional Advice

PatternFold does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, therapeutic, career counseling, relationship counseling, or other professional advice.

You should not rely on our reports as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals. Decisions about health, finances, legal matters, safety, employment, relationships, or other important life matters should be made using your own judgment and, where appropriate, professional advice.

We do not guarantee any specific personal, emotional, financial, relationship, career, or life outcome from using our services.

8. Interpretive and AI-Assisted Content

Some report content may be generated or assisted by software systems, rule-based logic, artificial intelligence, or other automated processing.

Our reports are interpretive in nature. You may disagree with the wording, style, analysis, or conclusions. Such disagreement does not automatically make a purchase eligible for refund.

We may update, improve, or modify our report generation logic, content structure, wording, and product features over time.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website, products, or services. You must not:

• Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access systems, accounts, reports, or data without permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse our website or systems.
• Upload, submit, or transmit malware, harmful code, or misleading information.
• Resell, redistribute, copy, or commercially exploit our reports or content without written permission.
• Use our services to harass, defame, deceive, discriminate against, or harm others.

All content, design, text, graphics, interfaces, branding, software, report structures, and other materials on PatternFold are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your purchase gives you personal access to your report. It does not transfer ownership of our platform, templates, software, report system, branding, or underlying content structure.

You may use your purchased report for personal use. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, train models on, or commercially exploit our reports or platform content without our written permission.

11. Your Submitted Information

You retain any rights you have in the information you submit. You grant us permission to process and use that information only as needed to provide, secure, improve, support, and operate our services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Please do not submit information that you do not have the right to provide.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase or use of the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the services after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
